Job description

– Support specialized application, on-site work, remote support via email, phone, etc., be trained in application and professional expertise
– Instruct on application using and error fixing during application use
– Monitor system operation
– Make operational and support reports
– Perform other tasks requested by the Manager

Requirements

– Graduated from University/College from at least 01 year
– Prioritize candidates who have practical experience in operating and supporting IT application systems
– New staff will be trained to meet the job requirements
